I don't need to say that strap changes can totally change a watch. The new luminor due has a very quick change system. The 372 is now on rubber and the due on a free strap I got with the watch. I wish there was a bracelet option for the luminor due or even a rubber strap

I do like the 372 on the rubber,I found there weren’t many straps it didn’t suit

    Looks great Nev.
It took me a few years to the conclusion that 26 mm straps work best when they taper to 22 mm.

Certainly for a 45mm rad the
tapering straps are much better. The 47mm cases stuff can get away with up to a 28mm strap with no taper. IMHO anyway.

Don't often see these in the wild, especially in NI, but did notice an 88 worn by another school dad at pick up yesterday.

112 here despite skinny wrists. I do love the dial, the straps, the hand winding ETA...

    352

I picked up this 352 recently. It came on the Ti bracelet and I’m not keen on bracelet watches so that got removed immediately and replaced with a Brown Panerai rubber and Ti Tang buckle.

This variant has the same movement as a 312 I used to own, but being Titanium it has much better balance on the wrist. The tobacco dial and gold hands which initially I wasn’t sure about, I now think this combination would be my first choice.

Yes it’s OEM,I think currently they’re only available on 26mm size (for 47mm watches)

Tried this on at the boutique in Harrods, they said it was the first one in the country. It's the new 44mm ceramic yacht club. Very impressed.

I have a 00372 (with Panerai being serviced so no pics) and just sold my 00346.

This 00654 is absolutely stunning. Funds permitting, it would be my next Panerai purchase.

    Lovely!

Ceramic chronos are nice in theory but I’m still unsure as few years ago I read a thread in other forum about cracked 317

I spoke to other dealers about it and he told me if I want to get a ceramic Panerai,go with the one without too many holes on the case as more holes made the ceramic case more brittle

I love the Panerai, in fact I reckon I’ll see if I can do a deal with my Batman I’m finding the Rolex too small for my taste, although I do have a 42mm Explorer 2 that I really like.

I'm giving serious thought to a 372. When lockdown lifts I'll have to head to the boutique and take a look at it and some other fiddies

I got the 190 from David back in January this year. TBH hasnt had much wear as i struggled to get a strap i liked for it. Yesterday i had an Orloff strap arrive, i think i might have found what i was looking for.

Took me ages to get one it really is a great size and the movement, well, it's just beautiful and butter smooth to wind.

If it ever is up for replacement I will certainly let you know, but it may be quite some time!
