It looks similar to a Timex Southampton lever or slide-button chronograph from the late 50s.

Kohei Fukuda, newly-crowned world champion pork pie maker. His pie contained duck, foie-gras, guinea fowl, ox tongue, pork throat, poultry liver, red port, pistachio, duck soup and red wine.

I don't care what he's wearing. A pork pie maker gets my vote!

That’s not a pork pie though.

It sounds tasty but a pork pie it is not.

Agreed and I wouldn't touch anything with foie-gras in it.

Indeed, it most certainly is not a pork pie.

'You see Gilles, it looks like a Rolex but it's actually a Steinhart - cost me a hundred quid. Result!'

    My attempt:

“You will never believe the tat I have had to buy the wife to get hold of this, I am going to be stuck with that diamond bezel Tag Heuer”…

Err... But most of these photos are staged.
I don't understand how these images can be appealing.
    How tedious.

    Famous or Infamous ?

Thanks to someone else's legwork on Instagram, I found this photo of UNITA warlord Jonas Savimbi, meeting Ronald Reagan in 1986.
    He's wearing a Seiko 7A38-7000 SAA007J.
