Of the newer fragrances, Christian Dior Elixir is superb and it gets me lots of compliments!

I have been trying out some of the Geo F Trumper scents and have found their products to be excellent. In particular:

Eucris - dark & masculine. James Bond pedigree

GFT - an excellent citrus scent with a burst of lemon to start with.

Sandalwood - I have tried a number of sandalwood scents (ToBS, Floris, etc) but have found this one to be the best.

Spanish Leather - Imperial leather in a bottle!

Different scents smell different on different people, - once you find a good one that suits you - and you'll know as you'll constantly get women telling you how nice you smell - stick with it - for me, it's been Davidoff Champion for years now, - hope they don't discontinue it!

    Aftershaves - any favourites?

I Passed through an airport last week, a year and same country since the last time. Poland.
My, the price “of Aftershave” has rocketed, maybe not, probably the lack of me noticing prices
One thing for sure. Duty Free = more expensive .
I did however, during my 3 hours at Chopin Warszawa, peruse the smelly section.
Such a vast array that even if I did want to buy something, by the time I’d tried them all I’d forgotten which one I liked.
One I did really like. Sadly it was £110 ( nothing to some of you people) and I’ve now forgotten which one it was. Black bottle, possibly some Dolce stuff, who knows. It’ll be an age before I pass through an airport again, and by that time it’ll be £300!
