Blimey Southampton scoring in Klopp time.
i was hoping for the same.......
so the top and bottom clubs seemed to forget who was which at the weekend.
Amazingly bad main results although a couple of late equalisers prevented it from being a total disaster for my lot (despite rolling over at Hull).
Bristol with a 111th minute penalty equaliser scored by an ex QPR player may be our saving...... but plenty of twists and turns at both ends over the next 3 weeks and don't want to rely on snookers!

Southampton slapping Preston currently.
My FIL (Preston fan) travelled down from Lytham (Blackpool) to watch this. Gonna be a long and quiet coach ride back
Well strangely if they win all their games (which include Leicester and Leeds) I think they'd go up. Madness.
Still incredible that they managed to lose at Ipswich despite absolutely monstering Ipswich in that match and I reckon that would be the result that kills their top 2 chances.
I'm sure nobody would fancy them in the play offs though.
Edit looking at the fixtures Leicester have 3 of their last 4 at home so they should be fine to go up.
Leeds have 2 tough away games then Southampton. Ipswich 2 away games but against teams that look like they'll just miss out on the play offs.
If I was a betting man Ipswich will falter, Leicester will be OK and then it will be Leeds vs Saints for the final spot on the final day playing each other!

This season never fails to surprise.
the bottom is also still far from resolved.
we got to what should be the magic 50 points but are still not safe after Blackburn were turned over by Sheff Weds today; a Blackburn win would have wrapped it up for them and us due to goal difference.
the Blackburn keeper making a mistake for the first and scoring an own goal with the most bizarre sliced clearance you'll see!
2 games to go and still any 2 from 7! mental stuff, only 6 points separate them
We've still got games against Hull, Ipswich, Blackburn and QPR so will have a massive say in the overall outcome.
With the play-offs realistically gone and post the huge effort and disappointment yesterday having an FA Cup final snatched from us, it's hard to know which version of Cov will turn up for those matches. Ordinarily I'd make us favourite in all of them as only Blackburn is away, but I really like Hull as a side and playing them Wednesday is going to be a real struggle.
Bloody Hell, not even half time and it’s 2-3 at Boro, it’s quite a first half!
Easy three points.
Yes - just another quiet, humdrum, boring Leeds game.
Agree that Leicester look to have stumbled across the line (despite their financial irregularities ).
I don't doubt for a moment that the Leeds players want it but they are a young squad coming off a great run and might well benefit from a further year in the EFL prior to the jump in quality to the PL. I'm mentally prepared for the play offs and wouldn't mind a successful second year in the division but I'm hoping we get second!
Can't see Leicester letting it slip away now. Even at 4-0 up yesterday they were still hungry for that 5th goal. Mind you, I just hope that it's the same Southampton team that play us next Saturday!
The problem with Leeds spending another year in the Championship is that we'd probably be doing it without many of the players who got us where we are right now. We've probably got the strongest squad in the league; not sure that it would be the same next year.
Hull won tonight which means they are still in with a slim
Playoff shout - next up Ipswich

marchingontogether!
I get the feeling Leeds will roar back into this and win. I hope I’m wrong!

Looks like Leicester up, Leeds to join Saints in the play offs
I think Don Goldman is going to need counselling after this one
Oof….
