Based on the finance calculator value the price will be the same as the 1983 reissue - ie £899.

The jury is still out on this.
I wonder what the asking price will be for this? Cwc seem unpredictable on price
Edit missed the op price having a blond moment
That’s dog shite
Awful
Yes they need to keep evolving but that’s a poor effort.
Don’t like it.
"A Combined Operations watch".....wtf. They are making pathetic fools of themselves imo.
I doubt this will appeal to many military watch fanciers and few others will even get to see it / hear about it. Even then, they'd just buy a Seiko or similar - they won't want fixed strap bars, and they certainly won't want to pay £900 or whatever for a diver / chronograph.
Bit of a mess really.

I like it and I think it will sell. It's for people who are going to use it and don't want a G-Shock. It's actually a hundred pounds less than I thought.

Looks a bit nicer to my eyes on this Instagram
shot. Not my cup of tea, but most of the CWC range (and prices) aren ‘t either, but they do seem to sell!
If it didn't have the date window, (and was maybe a few less £££) I could have been interested. A nice grab and go watch suitable for most situations.
Basically, it's a Monnin case chronograph. Have we seen that before or is this a first?
I wouldn't buy one.
The dial is a bit busy, but overall it's not too bad.
I want to like it but I agree, the dial is too busy for me - I personally prefer simpler dials.
Looking at the last two CWC models that they have produced it does seem that the designs are a bit 'confused'! The Tamar is a a bit odd.
As already mentioned elsewhere I guess they are trying to expand their catalogue and maybe not just rely on the tried and tested watches they have.
With the current offerings - I'm hoping that they might produce a G22 with a better WR rating as I think that would make a great field watch.
I'm sorry to say but the Date window ruins it for me....this would be so much better in a No Date version, not a massive Chronograph fan myself well maybe if it was a Speedy.
