IWC Deployment and Strap - Best Place to Buy ?

I have an IWC Portuguese (371480) - rose gold with an alligator strap and buckle.

However, I'd really like a genuine (gold) Deployment clasp on a new strap.

Unfortunately, they're expensive, and like 'hen's teeth' second hand, so probably has to be new.

Most IWC dealers say it's a special order and quote the RRP.

So, does anyone have any recommendations for a cheaper source ?
