I've just removed the bracelet from mine, and found that it uses a pin and collar system to attach it to the watch head. I've put on a leather strap with spingbars but am wondering if there's any reason that spingbars couldn't be used with the bracelet as well. If anyone has done it, would you know what width would fit through the end links?
I had a similar issue with a Zenith, I couldn’t see any reason for not using normal springbars so that’s what I did.
Suggest you measure carefully with digital calipers and get whatever size will fill the holes best.
Really can’t see why Zenith fit them this way, adds nothing in my opinion.
Thanks Paul, I don’t understand it either. I don’t have any digital callipers but I’ll see if I can work it out through trial and error. Just need to make sure I have a poker thingy that’s longer than the width of the lugs, too.Quote:

As long as the pivots are the same, you should be fine and they should hold securely and not damage the lug holes.
