Aw no, sad to hear. Only a couple of weeks ago I was reading that he was in a care home for entertainers with Richard O'Sullivan.

RIP Mike. My parents and thus by default my brother and I, used to watch the show.
I too have fond memories of the Mike Yarwood show from my childhood.
I am surprised that he pretty much disappeared from our screens in the 1980's - no idea why.
RIP.
