I have lots of khazi paper. This is often the window view from my desk when in London; the building's entire spares supply.

Now that is what I call 'a room with a view'.
I should really be doing my tax return, but have been cleaning and changing bracelets all morning. Anyone for a second breakfast by now?
I went to Sainsbury's yesterday but I forgot to mention it.
I just brushed our cat, I say our but the family she used to live with might still dispute that, neither cat or family are called Colin. The cat is called Charlotte Bagamule. Also no sign of Rob since he delivered my goggles on Monday, I only see him when it suits him.
The M40 towards Birmingham looks rather busy tonight.
Good job i live absolutely no where near Birmingham.
Yesterday I put a rubber boot liner in my Honda Civic, it was made in Russia.
Cheers,
Gary
Hands up all those that need a hand spending a thousand pounds on a watch?
Grass may need cutting soon.
Is it too late to admit that I know one Colleen?
I had really not thought about her when we discussed Colins...
The watch I've worn the most for the last three weeks is my Seagull 1963
:smug:
It's nearly time to turn the TV on
I've just cleaned the mud off of my bike and pumped up the tyres, the wife or her tyres didn't need the pump.
Apparently they are still playing football on weekends. Or so it said in a newspaper I read while in the barbers yesterday.
Right nippy out
Flying Sctosman's up our way; but I'm not going to see it today.
I thought I'd better add that I seen it the other day. I come past near our house, on railway lines, like. They were all smoke and things coming out of it an I thought it wa' going to catch fire, an' I told our lass.
But I don't think it did, because it were on Northern News on telly later. It was still smouldering though.
Caged dragons, its witchcraft...
I just put a Cockenzie on the grill.
Well, actually it was a chicken but then my mobile phone thought it looked more like a Cockenzie (whatever that may be).
Time for another biscuit
The chicken tasted well, even though it wasn't called Colin.
Caffè Nero
Me: please may I have a medium black Americano to drink in? [smile]
Barrista: sure [smiles] [potters] was that black or white?
Me: black [smiles]
Barrista: [smiles] [potters]
Me: [receives coffee] [peers sceptically] is this black or white....?
In London this happens all the time. Is black coffee that unusual?
Still, it killed some more time and that's all I was trying to do anyway
Me: black Amerino to take away, please.
Barista; Sure.
Pay up.
Barista: was that an americano?
Me: Yes - black, please.
Barista: Black?
Me: Yes.
Coffee arrives in a mug.
Pretty much how every order goes. Part of the ritual now.
When did Americano stop meaning a cocktail made from Campari, Martini Rosso and soda water?
as spring breaks, I am beginning to notice more the dog droppings on my Patio, this is good as I tend to pick them up quickly now instead of leaving them there all winter.
Every time I order a coffe or suchlike, I very deliberately anticipate their options, I usually say words to the effect of 'Small flat white to take away please'
I then usually get asked, what size, and drink in or takeaway? I don't think they can deviate from the script on pain of the sack. That or they are robots.
There is a place called Colin's Coffee in Ohio US.
What are you having on your sandwiches tomorrow? I haven't decided yet.
I've just cleaned my Civic which, in honour of this tread, I'm now going to call Colin.
Yesterday I put up a washing line, not decided what to call that yet though.
Cheers,
Gary
I haven't even decided if I am having sandwiches tomorrow let alone ingredients.... Probably chicken, maybe ham .
I might wear red underpants tomorrow.
Sheesh kebab for lunch tomorrow. Long story.
Not sure if it's the black or green bin I need to put out tomorrow; once I figure that out I may start to think about my sandwiches.
We use a tumble dryer.
