LIDL are selling these Ariete Electric Pizza Ovens for £80. No direct experience, but online reviews suggest they're OK. 12" and claimed 4000C

Can you not get or make a board or base to go over the hob, with feet that sit on the worktop? Like a table with really, really short legs? It would be a tragedy to get an F1 and not be able to use...
I have a Karu (the multi-fuel one), with the gas burner add on. Last year I ran out of gas and had to convert back to wood pellet. Once I got in the swing of topping up the pellets every few minutes...
I was in Aldi (or Lidl, can't remember which) over the weekend, and they were selling 'San Marzano' tomatoes that were British grown, and the variety wasn't San Marzano.
As a possible alternative, I saw one of these similar Sage pizza ovens in John Lewis over the weekend Seemed very solidly made.

I pour a can of Tesco's cheapest chopped tomatoes into a sieve over a bowl to drain excess juice, pour the...

Thanks. The base did slide okay at first, and I wondered if it had been on the peel too long.
Had the second go with the Ooni today. Making the dough was considerably less stressful.
I'm using wood pellets currently, and I'm starting to get a feel for how many to add, and how often. You...
Got an Ooni, and here's the first pizza. Went far better than expected.
Apologies for the topping, it's my son's choice - hope no one is too triggered

It looks like the ratio of 'bread' to filling is all wrong. Is this what is actually meant when people refer to pizza pies, as it certainly looks more like a pie than a pizza.
What's the best 'easy' pizza dough recipe?
I tried searching, but there's too many hits.
