As a long time fan of the Fire Emblem series, I have just completed Three Houses and have moved on to Engage. Still prefer the older games but these have been decent.
They look great! I didn't realise you could mod to that level on the consoles. I must've logged easily 200+ hours into that game. Same with Skyrim.
