The whole thing is 'nil points' for me.
Much improved - my last visit was 7 years ago. They have spent vast amounts on development in Riyadh and Jeddah. Still has some foibles but the place is changing at a pace.

I saved a huge amount of money using an e-sim for data roaming in Saudi Arabia earlier this year - just called via Whatsapp. O2 would have charged me a fortune!.

Which it will not IMHO - certainly not in Ford's case or many others. The uptake is slowing for fairly obvious reasons and strangling the ICE route will do little to change these.
Restricting Ford ICE will not hugely boost Ford EV sales. The lack of uptake is for various (obvious) reasons.
Most of the multi tool (mainstream) manufacturers do a version without a knife.
