Sugess S419 is very similar.
Some say the bezel is too thick, but I don't see it myself. It wears beautifully and looks nicely balanced to my eyes. The bracelet is a complete work of art; I've had watches at ten times the price...
Not under £100, in fact it was almost double that (although I'm sure one would find a good used one for that); I have to say that this Cronos 36mm is rapidly becoming one of my very favourite pieces....
