You can always tell her that you need to get rid of her Engagement ring to reduce the premiums!... see if she'll like that? ;-)
Seriously, with regard to a global insurance policy, I tried Hiscox...
I'll be there on the Sunday (as usual)... and might wear the Bremont Supermarine LE Descent that I bought there last year (the FIRST one sold by Bremont worldwide!)
Welcome to the club.... The Dweller is simply CLASSIC!
Was it a Full Moon, or perhaps the tide was in? I'd check your Horoscope! :-)
Awesome... but where are the other two watches in the sale. Surely it's standard practice now to only sell a PP alongside a Harry Winston and an AP?
That looks like the love-child of an AP ROO and a Hublot Big Bang secret romance! :-)
Bremont Descent Limited Edition DLC Supermarine
I'm waiting for the new Exp II Orange hand to hit the ground... but the current White Dial would be my choice. White is very classy and stands out... and they're well priced at the moment compared...
Hahahahahahaha! Now that's made me chuckle!
Who else is going to bid with me?
:-)
Save like hell, flip the Speedy, sell the kids, kick the dog... but go for the Sub... you'll regret it everyday until you finally get one on your wrist!
The problem you'll then have... you'll want...
Good question! Budget is not too restrictive... I'm considering PAM233, the new Explorer II (white dial/orange hand), GMTII... and things of that ilk. I'd say anything up to £8K, possibly more if a...
Good Sunday Morning to all you TZ'ers!
I suspect this post will see me swamped with pictures and opinions but I would like your collective views...
I need a dual time zone watch for business...
The Safari is my favourite ROO version... but I favour white dials (I know it's "ivory"). Similarly the white dial RO/RO Chrono is "silver"... but appears white and is equally stunning.
Size is...
Nice watch!
Ignore Shalako.... he hasn't got a wife... large or otherwise! ;-)
PS. I looked at your ROC and would have made an offer had I not just bought this...
Yep... fully qualified (both BSAC/PADI/CMAS) and off to Cayman in October.
Despite having several "dive watches" in my collection...
... I use a Suunto D9 dive computer ('cos in reality... the...
YEP... I happened to be there yesterday and actually handled it. They are very smug about it, believing that it's one of the first in the country and therefore they can charge a premium (I've seen...
Hi Wild Rumpus
I have in my hands right now one of the original Limited Edition Anonimo Polluce bronze, orange dial watches.... it's #0x/50.
I bought this watch new, before Anonimo even came up...
I don't have any problem looking at the website, either on laptop or on Blackberry... so I guess it's a techncal issue at your end.
As far as the cmpany goes, they are fantastic! I don't...
You know guys, I'm new to this forum (not an interest in watches) and this thread is just fantastic. It's very humbling to see how people on this forum conduct themselves. Mike for his expertise...
Noooo, if your going to get the dial changed then go for the Silver dial option. I've owned two AP Royal Oak Chrono's with the Silver dial and they are stunning, far and away the best dial combo for...
Now that hurts... I had one of these for a long time and sold it a couple of years back in mint condition and have regreted it ever since! Lovely watch and very distinctive. Nice choice.
HANDY TIP
When you have taped up the shoulders and are ready to pop the bezel... put the watch inside a clear plastic bag so you can see what you are doing but don't lose the spring if it pings...
Thanks Stefan... looks good with the shirt cuff... it's going to be tough choice ths one!
Now, that's my kind of watch! I knew this would happen... I'll veer away from dressy towards sporty. Ahhhh! :-)
