Full Service, so new movement as mine was faulty, I think hands replaced and case finish. I didn't send the bracelet as it is like new anyway.

The crown looks new too but don't remember any...

No changed dial on mine but looking good. I did ask for the paperwork from Breitling but the guy in the AD said, they don’t have any…

Just checked my estimate again. Apparently, my dial has brass showing through in places. Could this be the issue with the OP’S dial?

I cannot see any signs of brass on my dial from the pic posted,...

I don't see any deterioration on my dial, hence me declining the work to change it. Once I get it back from service, I will be giving it some closer scrutiny to see if their suggestion to change it...

^^^ Haveston do a 16mm canvas that looks great on the Bulova. A bit thicker than the supplied strap too. I had one, nice watch but didn't get a look in for wrist time so I sold it recently via SC....
