I would give up with VW...i was going to order a VW Golf R Mk8 but a quick search on the VWROC forum showed that most dealers haven't got a clue about delivery(18-24 months if lucky)and if you want...

I agree...think house prices will soften and even fall may be 10% but it is the old supply and demand...the population is increasing...house builders can't build enough and even today the BBC...
