Nothing wrong with Rolex - robust + reliable but with output over a million a year just doesn’t attract me any more.
Swapped from Samsung (drove me nuts) to iPhone ‘cos I use an iPad too. Seamless integration + more user friendly especially for a non techie.

I also use Subdial. One watch sold with a Polaris still listed. Charging 8% on 2nd watch which is very fair imo.

Zen swapped me over to voip a few months ago. The landline costs £6/month for free calls. Prefer it to mobiles any day.
