I’m up to date with it so far too, I still can’t believe how petty the local council are being, Nimby-ism at its worst. He should run as a councillor 😁
Thanks for the comments, great points about the coins, that might be a good compromise, I appreciate a ISA is a good idea too, but the debate I had with my youngest was sparked by his desire to buy a...
I’ve been thinking about getting the kids a 100g silver bar to get them into the idea of investing and not pissing their birthday / Christmas money on digital bullpoop and let them see a tangible...
I think that’s spot on, it’s not worth the risk these days.
There is Marmalade insurance, I’ve considered it but haven’t got with them yet, their learner insurance does build no claims, basically the car is insured by say a parent on their own insurance...
That’s what we have done, my lad is 17 and 3 months and is learning to drive with a instructor, we went halves on a car and it’s registered / insured in my name with my wife as a named diver, my deal...

“I prefer my 7548 to my automatic 6306, SKX007 etc, people forget that at the time, the 7548 was significantly more expensive than the automatic 6309.”

My mum used to tell the family tale of when I was a babe in arms, I chewed off and swallowed the cardigan buttons of the lady that was holding me, she did eventually find them all.😁
I pass that every day, I’ve often wondered the same as you. 😁
Like with most collectible genres, 99% of that will have little to no value, but there could be that one gem, the first pressing, the obscure label, the low run that only a nerd will recognise, you...
Surely the CWC diver fits the spec?
We’re watching 1883 and really really enjoying it, really well made, gritty and full of drama, and I also feel a bit guilty about having a bit of a crush on the blond cowgirl. 🤠
Definitely the non power reserve one on bracelet.
Is the bracelet a NSA one? It looks like it, if so, it’s worth a few quid in itself.
The watch looks great.
To be honest Paul, in my experience they will fire up more often that they don’t, of course when they don’t it will be the old oil gumming up but I bet it happens less times that it doesn’t .
I have, that was strategically placed to see who would spot it.:nightmare:
The organisation for your spares puts my box of random stuff to shame :livid:
I have no idea what most of it is.
...
A wise man once said ‘it’s all about the spares’.
I have a box of spares, I’ll post a pic later but it’s not as organised as yours!
Possibly to do with grants, when Gigaclear were canvassing our area, the flyer said we had to express interest and register that so they can claim grants to progress, I’m speculating but they might...
Vodaphone, our BB provider has just sent us a plug in between the router and phone to use Voip instead of the BT plug, Ive not bothered, only one person rings the house number these days and that can...
Nice one, it will come fully charged.
