Oh dear, old age.
Best ever was Plastique Bertrand with “Ca Plan Pour Moi”, a French punk song in the 70’s competition some time.
Nil points of course. Great song.
Very bonny, love the cutaway 4
Not aware of this, I will check.
Gave up on IFS joined Securesus.
Looks very easy to use, more expensive of course.
So, what do I need to look out for?
Used IFSForsure, Jeroen Sparryboom’s new company for 4 years now, up till recently they’ve been great (although I’ve never had to claim)
Recently they have been reducing the insurance limits “due to...
Steven Hale is as good as you will get for vintage Rolex or Tudor.
Not the cheapest and busy though.
I have been told several times that Rolex send vintage pieces, including all Milsubs to him.
Sold a couple of watches in auction and overall i was ok with it.
First time I agreed a bottom price, got a discount on the sellers commission and it sold for above market price. By the time the...
I should have said more than double the m&s limit. I do not know if they actually have a limit, however unless new, everything will need to be valued.
Fabulous collection

John Lewis has a “specialist insurance” product. Ask about that, it can go double the m&s limit
What an interesting collection.
Nothing to add, it’s been said above but i do think she may struggle to teach the estimates above.
Always good to have a starting point though.
Does she have any sisters?

I wonder if the price increase is due to the same reason my ifs insurance limits were decreased (by a lot), thefts from UK post. (According to Jeroen anyway)
I think I tried one with leather strap.
I do notice the black and blue dials seem more expensive but they’re really not for me, always preferred the off white dial in either the steel or white gold case, and as I don’t like Roman numerals,...
For clarity, I don’t have it yet, need to get it shipped or more likely a visit to our Capitol to pick it up.
It’s on the oyster bracelet.
A CWC in a tin box value £2k was £18.95 a few days ago.
I was unaware that the increase was so recent as it has been a while since I’ve SD’d something above £500.
Still a relative bargain imo.
So fancied a newish Rolex for a while, due to recent seemingly bargain prices. It was between a green glass Milgauss or a SkyDweller, ended up buying a 2020 Skydweller in steel with white/ivory dial....
