That is a nice pic of a good-looking watch :encouragement:
It gets an occasional Sunday afternoon on the wrist while I've got my feet-up, just to keep the movement flexing, but I'm scared of marking it, so that's it. One of these days it'll finds its way on...
That's lovely, and such an underrated brand.
That's a great looking tool watch. Junghans deserve more love than they generally get around here!
I've been disappointed in every single Seiko I've owned and handled, more so now they've doubled their prices, then doubled them again.
This is rather growing on me. It's hard to tell how well...
Just arrived - Squale 1521 50 Atmos Professional. It's certainly had a hard life and some bodging, but seems in perfect working order:

Get thee behind me, Satan! :devilish:
[goes to have a look...]
Very nice, and perfect timing :encouragement: I am going to have to own one of these one day.
Patrician choice :encouragement:
Immediate improvement :encouragement:
Personally prefer a strap be as short as functionally possible - hate having half a yard of unnecessary strap flapping in the breeze.
Love the look of these.
Unsolicited strap suggestion #2 - were it me I'd go two-part so as not to add any more height to a big watch, and try and match the tone -

That Squalematic is bloody lovely. I've been having impure thoughts about Squale watches recently, so would value your opinion on how robust you think the bezel insert is likely to be? I'm a clumsy...
I shudder to imagine... I think it's a combo of the lost-in-translation bit (from a language that doesn't even read in the same direction!), and the fact that the tech geniuses that design these...
Cheers, I will probably never get to the bottom of its functionality due to a mix of my own incompetence and Casio's hilariously useless manuals (some things really do never change!), but it already...
A spot of LCD nostalgia while I can still just about read such a thing!

Interesting watch, and I love the crinoidal limestone work surface too :encouragement:
Of this we shall not speak, sir!
I may have inadvertantly wandered on to ThiefBay last night when incautiously crapulous...
I haven't dared to check the £damage yet, but I've been having...
Three absolute stunners in a row! :love7:
Thanks. I do like the look. Not sure I own anything it could be paired with though...
Watch + skin = perfect colour co-ordination! :icon_biggrin:
Love the look of the watch, but puzzled why the seconds-hand deletion?
Another question if I may: does the Forstner mesh have any 'stretch' to it? I've never handled one.
Thanks for posting that. That's a great looking watch to my eyes - entirely agree the green plus bead-blasted finish suits the whole concept better. Always good to see something different, too...
Liking those, (and congrats on the win), most especially the green - be good to see a few more pics of that in due course :encouragement:
Cheers! I now have to stop myself buying other colours - I do love the OM, but I've just seen one (not for sale luckily) with black day/date discs, and that looks sharp! :icon_biggrin:
After several months watching-out for a sanely-priced example - including a moribund WTB, this just arrived:
