The next new Diver is likely to get the ceramic bezel as one of the upgrades to the model. Until then I’ll just have to be careful!

    Very nice.

I’m pretty careful with my Diver as it’s definitely a scratch and gouge magnet given the height of the case and lack of a ceramic bezel.

Took a while for the strap on mine to be comfortable but after wearing it a bit it's fine. Same story for the prior Snoopy as well!

How are you liking your recently acquired Skydweller now?

There's certainly some overlap in the Rolex catalogue in aesthetics and certain features but, for some, there is enough small things that...

Hey, no worries at all Dan.

Would be boring if we all agreed or insisted (as some people here are somewhat prone to) that their opinion is/was always right and the only one with any merit. I only...

The Skydweller is so, so much more that that given it’s complication (most advanced movement that Rolex produces) and...

Very true as it’s hard to tell when light plays it’s part to your pics. I “think” a few Mk 2 bezel LV’s have filtered through but most are still the darker Mk 1 bezel.

Great watch so enjoy it mate.

Enjoy the new LV, looks great. Do you know if it’s the Mk 1 or 2 bezel? I think it’s the latter…

I’ve yet to see the new Mint dial Skydweller on the Oyster bracelet as they’ve all been on Jubilee.

Yup, it was a real mess and Rolex had to tell all of their AD’s that the practice had to stop immediately. Very surprised to hear that an AD was foolish enough to suggest this.

Which AP site did you get it from?

I know I/we are biased but the Smoked Taupe dial ROO 43 is absolutely the pick of the bunch.

Love the incredible dial on these. Still a few 116 digit Daytona's filtering through ahead of the 126 generation.

A new ceramic model is due out in ‘24.

The 2 ROO Divers I’ve had are brilliant watches but at 42mm and rather tall on the wrist they can be a bit troublesome to keep looking pristine.
