When I was confronted with a similar problem (= finding an independent for my BMW) I asked on this forum and was given addresses from my area (extended area, but still, great address)

Thanks, but I spoke to them last week and they won’t do it, says it needs a specialist, which is what I thought they were. I’ve got a few other leads to follow before I resort to the official dealer.
