This Edox Delfin is my latest arrival, really thrilled with it. I love this styling and have been chasing a decent one for ages. This one came with some scratches on the plexi that took me fifteen minutes to solve using polywatch. It even has the caseback sticker still on! The brushwork is also amazing and like new.
Love the styling, the thick raised markers, the beautiful blue sunburst dial and that amazing plexi on top! Last picture shows it pre-polywatch. lots of dust on the pictures but the sun is gone so hard to take new shots :-)
Picked this up cheaply off the 'bay, it's been polished and I suspect the dial has been refinished but for the price I paid I don't care. Clearly of it's day (1970's?) the TV dial and silver sparkle are bonkers but not without their own kind of charm. It's small at 34mm (ex. crown) but seems to wear bigger. Nevertheless, I can see it ending up in my wife's drawer.
I've had two chronographs arrive today. One was a CK2998 but that has been overshadowed somewhat by the arrival of this. On first impressions it is stunning!

[QUOTE=gary1064;4102713]That's lovely![/QUOTE
A 70's Aqua Terra! I think they are great watches and have a lot of heft for a vintage piece as well
Not sure why double post.
Just arrived....
Really love the lume under the tachy scale

The cheapo field watch I got from Amazon turned up with a dead battery. I negotiated a 40% refund from the seller, stuck a new battery in and it's now fine. With the refund it cost me less than £20. Case is decent, dial is nice and plain, crystal is advertised as sapphire and I can't see any reason to doubt that. The strap was garbage so I've stuck it on a Nato I had. All in all I'm happy :)

Went to the local AD Yesterday and bought this little beauty. IWC pilot mk xviii. Extremely happy about it
Two arrivals this week, they really couldn't be much more disparate but I rather like them both.
An early 1950's 33mm diameter J.W. Benson with 16j Smiths Movement.
This joins its yellow lumed brother in the collection.
And... a 2016 53mm x 48mm Nixie Tube Watch from Cathode Corner with 40 year-old 14mm NL-5870 tubes.
Got this a few weeks ago.
Have the brown dial on order but, warming up to the gemstones... The subtle sparkle from the diamonds then and again brightens any rainy autumn day!
1972, a great year, beautiful Daytona.
Arrived today.

This new Bulova Moonwatch SE arrived yesterday.
Still in the box and stickers as it's a present for my son - £314 from HS Johnson delivered free in 2 days, so kudos to them as well. I'm very pleased with the quality; lovely solid feel, nice finish to the case, soft but satisfying click to the pushers and the smooth sweep of the chrono centre seconds hand is cool as well. Thankfully a little big for me so no risk of keeping it :)
Lots really nice pieces...makes me want more but sadly need more $$ !!! Love that Daytona. Did anyone see the US Antiques Roadshow clip...ex pilot bought 1973 Daytona Paul Newman NEW...still owns...rarely wears...paid $573 US ....now worth 100k +....

Courier knocks on my door this morning with this....
Start unwrapping...
It's like pass the parcel with the first clue...
Oooh...
Got to love the new omega box...
But what's inside?
My lovely new Planet Ocean, 8500!
Obligatory wrist shot, still stickered and a couple of links to come out but I love it!
Many many thanks to Ryan for sourcing it at a great price!
I've always wanted a reverso, a JLC ultra thin, and a rose gold watch. Given that I wouldn't want to wear 3 watches at the same time I bought this:
I've always dismissed GS quartz but that is really nice.

I was very exited for this new lizard strap to arrive and I must say its a stunning piece!
A little disappointed because it is somewhat long for my wrist.
Kickstarter target has been met, so I'll be receiving this in June!

New watch and new strap. PAM 392 and Ted Su both arrived last week.
Waiting for someone to call me out for buying a Tag as my new beater :P
Definitely not the best value watch I've ever bought, even with 30% off, but it's decently finished for the price, the sunburst dial is very nice, and the lume is excellent, with green tips on the hands and pip whilst the rest is blue.
Just received this in the mail, a Lemania 105 issued to BBC aka poor man's Seamaster 321
Picked up my first Rolex today. Very happy chappy.
