    Recommendations for Poljot 3133 regulation

So, I've been having a bit of a run of bad luck with certain Russian watches that I'll go into at a later date when all is resolved. Let's just say that sending back for a replacement is looking like a less and less viable option.

I'm wondering if anyone in the UK can, for a reasonable price, give these a slight adjustment: micro-regulating to get an acceptable accuracy, and possibly adjusting the cams to stop the chrono second-hand "jump" that is extremely common on the 3133. I'll probably have to pay for this myself on top of the cost of the "new" watch (these are NOS 90s models), so I don't want to pay for a full service, although I also don't want to go poking around in there myself. These adjustments are simple in theory, but I'd be way out of my depth if anything went wrong.

Steve Burrage, Ryte Time, has done some work on a couple of 3133 watches I've owned, I am sure he'd be able to help
