That is very cool.
the toys.
It comes in a little bag.
A nice package.
Yes, it's the new timing machine. A microphone connected to the phone/tablet.
Just put it at the backside for example and see what you got.
Shoot a pic of the watch with the phones camera and save as a PDF that you can mail from the app or print out.
That is very cool.
I wanted one instantly till I googled the price...maybe one day.looks like a great bit of kit.
Instant neurosis.....but beautifully done.
.
How cool is that, thanks for sharing Jocke.
I would have guessed it cost more tbh!

Why did I see this? I need no more excuses to spend money! 😢
I am most definitely a "boy"! However, the inexorable descent into the dark depths of WISdom continues, aided by threads like this.......
Pretty cool toy, thanks. If you want to try something similar on the cheap, there are apps to download you can use with your smartphone headphone mic. Just for fun (no affiliation etc. ), works best on loud vintage watches.

That is very cool.
Toyz 4 boyz :P
This bad boy is essential for ensuring that the watches you wear are in good health ;-)
Over twice the price of a decent timegrapher though.... I'm thinking more for the apple generation type of guy (or gal).
I see this very handy if you are buying a watch and checking it on the spot so you know what you are buying.
I had installed a similar app on my phone but the internal mic wouldnt pick up the beat. I bought an external mic but still no joy.
I would buy the lepsi second hand just to try it out.
Really cooool .... thanks for sharing 👍
Is it that men don't put ">>>>>" in their post titles? ;-)
Seriously though, any idea how this compares to the Timegraphers in terms of accuracy etc.? I got a Timegrapher 1900 a few months ago and so far have found it a bit finicky. Haven't quite got the knack of getting a reliable reading out of it yet. Even when it's working exactly as it should, the graphs can be difficult to interpret.
The graphs on the app look very clear, but I'm not sure if that's a sign that it's taking less accurate readings then interpolating a smooth (but inaccurate) graph, or if it's doing a better job of showing the most relevant data clearly.
