I've emailed them to see if they can set up account manually and if they will honour 40% off when they get in touch.
I couldn't get through on my phone (my fault the connection here just very poor)

what an excellent company..... a lot of others could learn from...
email straight back today apologising for heavy traffic....
confirmed would still honour 40% for me, customer service number given and called straight through, told her what happened and discount needed,
account set up in minutes, gave order details and took payment and no quibble at all and applied discount.Even delivering to post office in village next to me so free postage as well.
