    You transfer the funds to him and he goes off grid for a while. You get stressed out but eventually you get the goods or a refund. In effect you give him an interest-free loan.

    Nothing transferred, just comms. He responded to my wtb, I responded & then he gave me the silent treatment - I'm hurt, lol.
