It does look very similar the strap that came attached to my Mk XV all those years ago. Couldn't be sure, but certainly looks the part. No idea on the value, sorry.

Normally there is a number as well on the shorter part as well, can't see it here?

I can't find any pictures on the net with the numbers else I'd ask. It's from a jewelers in Italy but I don't suppose that says a great deal.

But there are always strap reference number on them so my guts would say no
