    You are right of course but I do find that some of their offers border on the insulting. As a result I no longer bother with them and go elsewhere, so perhaps not good long term business

    Yes it is business, but have to agree with atari on their valuations.

    I'd expect their margins are similar or less than the Authorised Dealers, their overheads will be similar, and presumably their service is as good.

    They have to pay commercial rates for property, pay staff, have insurance and utility bills etc.?

    Try Watchmaster. They are based in Germany but used them 4 or 5 times and they are decent
