SW Sheffield is awash with single and double digit/letter combinations.
Most pass me by but I did like SV 15 FAB on a Lamborghini Aventador SV I saw parked on Ecclesall Road this lunchtime.

Was in SINGH S1 NGH that fetched a ridiculous amount of money a few years ago? That is a mis-spaced plate, yet it sold for more than your average car and then some, so clearly mis-spacing a plate does not automatically make a plate shit.

That is why I put it up as an owner would and the correct spacing. I'm perfectly aware of how it is supposed to be displayed. And according to we buy any car, it's currently sitting on a black Audi A8

I was overtaken on the M3 the other day by a blue Lamborghini Gallardo with the plate "1234 GO". Got a chuckle from me and no dodgy spacing required!
I remember the DVLA selling Y110NNE at one of their auctions. It sold for £11k IIRC.
The only way to make it work is by tilting the two ones to make a V but clearly the DVLA were quite happy with this.
Having seen it a few days ago it reminded me that T1CKS is often around Cardiff area currently on an Evoque. Seen plenty of D1CKS too mostly driving Mercs.
Saw an A5 with THE 600D earlier on the M25 and it looked alright to me.
Alas the 100% tool driving it lane swapping at speed before swerving across 3 lanes for his exit made him memorable for all the wrong reasons. 148bhp version on checking suggests he’s lacking.
Missed the tacky merc wannabe AMG style plate this morning, but was waiting to swerve around parts of his car after he ran out of race track ‘talent’

This is rather like the "sleepers" thread on PH where a significant % of folk have no idea what a sleeper/q car is.
Or just embrace it for the creative license. I am not making a comment on legality.
I think we all know how the plate is supposed to be laid out and good or shit is a matter of personal opinion.
For me a good plate makes me smile and this one certainly made me smile!

I saw TEN 15 on an S type Jaguar yesterday.
I spotted HE11CAT today which made me smile on an X4

I saw one yesterday that appeared to say “I AM SCOTT” but I haven’t a clue what it really is.
Sure it never read "I am a Scrote"
It was on an X5 so it’s a possibility!
