Looks like 0-15 isn’t lumed - is that just the lighting - is it the bar on the bezel that’s FULL orange lume with non lumed numerals 0-15?

Yes, parts which are normally orange have a yellow lume (or just look yellow with lume underneath) and 0-15 numerals don´t have a lume.
