Now somebody post pictures of a 944 please!!!
Alas I can no longer switch straps as the button release won't do as intended !

Lovely!!!
When you look long into an abyss, the abyss looks long into you.........
This `04 111 must be considered almost vintage compared to the rest of the fayre on this thread.
Worn on one of Micah`s stinkin` old Mausers - knarly, rugged, proper.
Lovely, lovely 64!
I got my 111 in 2009 - gosh 10 years now! Was my first 'proper' high end watch. Currently have a 111 and 190. Both in the safe and need to come out. The 190 also needs a service (pricey....).
Had a 183 (sold to get a 190, I kinda miss the slim profile, though the 190 is a much better watch) and a 233 (fabulous, but didn't sit on my wrist well at all).
Some great Panerais here, though I seem to very much prefer the majority of PAMs prior to the mass in-house charge. Keep it up!
My recently arrived (today) PAM183, very pleased with my first Panerai!

Have the very same model...a cracker :).
Recently added a 251 courtesy of the sales corner.
Couldn't resist the movie/ Stallone connection...

Anything endorsed by the Italian navy needs to be checked thoroughly
I need another Panerai in my life.....47mm preferably....
Thanks, good to know. I too found when hunting for my 088 that only some had the strap quick release. I read a few forum threads by owners who had suffered a seizing of the quick release, and Panerai would only offer a replacement case. So be sure to give them a good actuation regularly.
Summers nearly here; time for a bit of Rubber :-)
Cheers Rob
Tried a few different colours but the light blue OEM really works, perfect summer combo.

A little reminder that relatively small and not 'classical' can be beautiful:
Took my first PAM out for drinks at the weekend. Watch courtesy of Verv. Strap courtesy of Toshi.
I was going to wear this on Sunday, but the threat of downpours and the prospect of damp leather persuaded me otherwise.
I posted this on another forum...
Pic taken few years ago before I bought the two pams I posted earlier
In my region (Asia),pam still remains popular for those who still cannot afford the likes of AP ROO or steel Rolex...personally I do enjoy wearing pam more than the watches by those two brands
Personally I enjoy wearing mine as they’re different, bold, simple yet still refined...
One of the things I like about panerais,if your out and another paneristi spots what your wearing they’ll approach you and comment on your watch.
It’s like having an old mini or beetle and seeing another, headlights start flashing straight away.
I’m not sure you get the same response when your wearing something else .

Some of mine from years gone by and 2 from the present...
Started for me with a 086.
Then a 176 followed.
Then a 312.
Then a 190, which was a bad move as i quickly realised why i couldn't get on with the 312.
It was 312's lack of gold hands so that was moved on for a 351.
Then i traded the lot for the 2 present ones...
127
232
And of all that have gone, i only miss one, and it was the one that i took the longest to bond with, but at the end it was tough to let it go and i very nearly didn't.
So Panerai.
I do like em.
605 Firenze
My pair, of which the 233 is probably my most worn watch.
Very basic question, what's the smallest model available, probably an older one? I really love the look, especially the sandwich dial, but can't get away with the large sizes and bulk.
What references are 42mm or less?
Thanks

Brooklyn Bridge was but one watch that no one I know ever brought. They still remain a iconic brand and a great alternative to the ‘safe’ (read boring) options most chose.
Panerai journey has been up and down. Plucked from obscurity and brought out by major corporation that catapulted them into the upper echelons long before they were ready to be there they did well considering.
But here we are today seeing a nice steady and reliable Release from them each year and many returning to those classic and timeless pieces plus collectors scrambling to find some of the earlier Classics that have that charm and character.
Add to this the move to in-house across the board and smaller models that cater for those who prefer a slender watch and if nothing else they have listened to their critics and acted Upon that.

it's good to see a lot of panerai love on the forum. IMHO it is a great brand, despite some saying that they all look the same??
I’d missed this thread!
Really bad pics of some of mine.
190
590
232
233
And by no means least the 372
I do regret selling my 243 and would love another as i am missing a Sub. However top of that Sub list would be a 64, so Howard please give me a shout if you ever have a want to move the 64 on!!!

Some lovely examples here
Do have a hankering for one of the submersibles
My 118 stopped working, so currently with Panerai, thankfully just needs a service to sort it out, and should be back in another 4 weeks, been away for 2 weeks
