    Good inexpensive watch winder recommendations

My father in law is 85 and pretty frail. He’s got a Rolex which he likes wearing at home.
But he isn’t very mobile and it often stops overnight when he’s taken it off.
He doesn’t have the dexterity to wind it himself and he lives 300 miles from me.
So a watch winder would be a good thing for him.
Any suggestions on a decent one but not expensive that he can have on his bedside table?
I’ve had a quick look on Amazon but wondering what people would suggest.
    Thanks

I bought one of these for about £50 from SC I think a long time ago. It’s worked really well and lasted years. Definitely not worth the £200 that it is currently advertised at but if you can find it for a similar price to the amount I paid, it’s worth getting…

Have a look on eBay. There's no need to spend hundreds (or even thousands) on them. I have 2 x 2 watch winders and 1 x 6 watch winder, all bought cheaply from eBay and still going strong after around 6-years.

Some very reasonably priced winders here : https://www.watch-winder.co.uk/,

I think it is run by the same guy as UK watchstraps https://www.ukwatchstrap.co.uk/index.html, Nick Bradshaw, who I've dealt with before and found very easy and helpful to deal with.

These Barrington's used to be cheaper, but are still good value IMO, and they come in lots of bright colours, or more muted tones... https://barringtonwatchwinders.com/c...products/amber
