My dad had a full and interesting life, working at Vanwall,being drafted,building a successful catering mini empire club racing success in Austin 7's home built specias & a TR3,being lapped by Carroll Shelby at Goodwood,nearly ending up in the lake at Mallory Park buying me a junior racing car & first motorcycle...he died on mother's day 2023...i wanted to wear his Omega Seamaster I sourced for a Christmas 13 years at the funeral...my mother has gifted it to me along with his 1954 Bentley we'll use for the cortege in a couple of weeks... this one's never going anywhere until I pass too .....
