Unless he lives in the north east where it’s cold and overcast and has been for a week now. Forecast isn’t brilliant for the weekend either.
Actually, I have a medical condition that make me feel chilly most of the time, you'll not catch me out of a nice warm Aran or Guernsey. A friend, with the same condition, is still using an electric blanket at night!
