    Speedmaster price graph.

Does anyone have or know of a price graph showing the historic price rise of the Omega Moonwatch in UK £s.

    Thanks.

Does that not depend on when he bought it?

It does indeed, but he didn't allude to that fact.

I remember saying no to a Speedy Snoopy- the price was £1550~. A big regret.

I wanted to know if the Speedy was infact £1500 in 2004.When I bought it the tag confirmed the original buyer paid that.
I didnt buy it "now" for £1500.

At the time the Hesalite speedmaster was £1500, you could often find a Rolex 14060M in the same window. Also £1500. And you didn’t need to look far to find them, nearly every AD had those models in the window at that price for what I’m guessing was at least 5 years,
Which makes the current availability/prices seem very odd to those of us who remember it!

As an aside, also in 2004, I bought my 2254:50, unworn and only a couple of months old for £620 on this forum. It had languished on the SC for a while and I ended up buying it in a F2F with the seller who had bought it as an insurance replacement. Times have certainly changed. I still have the 2254:50 and, probably 30 Speedmasters later, currently have 3 Moonwatches. I'd happily buy every one of them back again if anyone has buyers remorse LOL.

Saw this in the window of Bradleys in Harrogate today.Same year as the Speedy I bought.
    Only difference was the price.

I wouldn't think a great deal on here.

I wear my late father's 1973 Speedmaster from time to time. I have no idea what he paid for it back then. He didn't want to spend money, so it must have been a good offer!

Just checked my paperwork and I bought my 3570 in august 2015 for £2160 (slight discount). Didn’t realise it was the icon that Omega tell us it is at the time. Still have it and still enjoy looking at it, although don’t wear it that often.
