Simon often works seven days a week and can sometimes be a bit slow in responding to messages. I've found e-mailing on a Friday or over the weekend best for getting a quicker reply. I'd just add that it is worth the wait, I'm really happy with the two watches he has serviced for me.
He's Always very very busy , just keep trying . He will get back to you .
