Putting a wood burning stove in a garden room. Good or bad idea?

The garden room builder insists on side exit. I dont think they want any warrantee issues with the rubber roof.

Have a fireplace dude to contact tomorrow to see what one would cost. A quick google suggested they were not as cheap as I thought and I am already getting too much mission creep on the project.

Yeah, don’t blame the builders as they can’t warranty a hole in the roof made by another tradesman.
