You've got nothing to lose - give it plenty of time to completely dry out, pop a battery in and if it fires up the jobs a good un. If it doesn't fire up don't throw good money after bad.
Pic from better times.
After a swim yesterday, the watch was dead. The case completely full of water.
Opened and dried out, seems the cashback seal was not seated correctly....!!
Worth bothering trying to sort it out, or is water in the module a total loss?

Give it another few days somewhere warm and dry before you re-install battery. Would be worth buying a new battery for £1 odd if it doesn't work with the original, in case the water has damaged it.
