Used IFSForsure, Jeroen Sparryboom’s new company for 4 years now, up till recently they’ve been great (although I’ve never had to claim)
Recently they have been reducing the insurance limits “due to losses” specifically parcels being left at doors and signed for by drivers etc.
As of now, any UK shipment to a residential address has a maximum insured value of $4999 USD.
A shipment to a business address maximum is $10k USD.
Hardly worth bothering with imo.
I’ll now be looking for an alternative.

Hadn't heard of them, but an insurer who hasn't been claimed against is pretty hard to rate - either way.
