I have had many dealings with Alex and trust him 110%!
Having solicited forum feedback on Watches of Whitby last year, I bought a diamond dial Rolex ladies Datejust 31, as a 25th wedding anniversary present for my wife from them. She was delighted with the watch and the condition in which it was presented.
A couple of months ago, we noticed the timekeeping was off the mark - and by the time i got round to contacting Watches of Whitby, we were just outside the guarantee window. The team were understanding of the issue and they consulted with Alex, who promptly agreed to service the watch at their expense. I sent them the watch to them around a week ago - and received a call from them yesterday saying the watch was repaired and had tested satisfactorily over the weekend. We agreed the watch would be returned for delivery today - and watch just arrived as promised.
Superb end to end service from the team at Watches of Whitby and an excellent example of 'buy the seller'.

I bought two watches off them last year, superb service and fantastic listings. It is refreshing to see a whole host of great quality images and the clincher for me is a description of the length of the bracelet.
Keep up the good work Alex and team, it’s the little things that make the difference.

I recently bought a Rolex Submariner from Watches of Whitby. I received exemplary service from start to finish so I can highly recommend them as well. 👍
Only sold stuff to him but Alex is a top man.

Bought my SD43 TT from them at the beginning of March of this year. Condition was accurately described and Alex was great to deal with.
