Yes fair point, a slightly weathered piece can bring a degree of relaxation when on the wrist. I feel the same way about my old 16610, it's been through all sorts of scrapes and I can throw it on in any situation without too much concern.Originally Posted by tiny73
thanks, this is, I think, my fourth of this exact model along with a ROO chrono. All of which I’ve sold and regretted so not this time.
Well the bezel being a bit marked has given me a freedom from worry in respect of marking it. I’ve had a garyflex block at it (gently) and got the worst out but it is quite nice to not be conscious of stepping sideways and gingerly through every doorway. Nice new Tempus strap on the way in Nardo Grey which should give it a different feel.
