I felt a bit out of sorts Sunday afternoon, and then had my tea.
That was the last time I ate anything.
Since then it has been just sips of water, although I think I might be past the worst of it this morning.
Horrible thing - liquid guts, feeling incredibly weak (took me nearly half an hour to summon up the strength to get out of bed on yesterday. I have no idea where I got it (I haven't been swimming in polluted water for example).
Anyone else suffered recently?
And any tips on recuperating?
