Getting back into running consistently after 3 years of not having motivation

Now 3 stone heavier and much slower but enjoying being back at it and still have some speed in the legs during interval sessions

Coventry half marathon in a couple of weeks as my first race back - looking forward to not caring about the time and just enjoying the run

I’m in the mood to chase distance now rather than speed - I want to get into ultras. Chased speed last time and tbh it made running less enjoyable even when I hit my 1.30 half target and the above 5k time
