Whoops! - So much for reducing collection .....

Just picked this up ......... :help:  - The build of the MGs is great and this is certainly a slightly different look to the norm.

(sorry for poor pics - taken with my 'BlueBerry' this evening - will do some proper ones in due course - alongside GV :) )

A mate of mine in the US bought one of these recently. I read somewhere they could be a good bet for long-term as they're not selling nearly as strongly as the black/GV ones, which i find odd as i think it looks stunning in white! :)

I have to admit, that whilst this isn't/shouldn't be a reason to get one, I think it's possible - I think it's a bit of a 'Marmite' watch. However, if people think it might be a slow seller, and thus potentially collectable (in 30 years time !!!! :)) - then that might mean that that doesn't become the case.

Depends how many Rolex are producing. Could just mean that in 30 years you get the "Nice but if only it was the black dial" comment.

p.s. Personally I prefer the white ones.

    That's really nice!

I'm still trying to decide between one of these or an Explorer II in white & just can't make my mind up :(

Love the white-dialed 'gauss, I hear they're nice and heavy on the wrist, in a good way. Nice catch!

Indeed, much more striking in the flesh than the GV version. One of the few Rolex's I think are rather nice, also due to it not being popular as well. Enjoy!

I have seriously considered getting one of these for a while, much more distinctive than the black version. The dial really pops out, one of the technicians that works on the customer facing desk at Rolex Bexley wears one too.
