I used to be a flattie but now I like subtle domes (on a budget)
Personally prefer flat, with no AR on the outside, like on my Darth Tuna. If domed, then a shallow curve like the Seamasters.

FLAT!!
Guess.
I'm not as think as you drunk I am.
So you like flat sapphire then Mike
Flat for me, it's easier to see from all angles.
Rather than domed, which gets distorted unless seen full on.
I'm a flat kinda guy, I'd be afraid of damaging the raised part of the dome although I reckon they could take a direct impact better...
Domed for looks, flat from a practical perspective.
I have domed tissot seastar1000
excellent watch
For me:: NOT TO MUCH DOME!!
-. I find that in many cases the watch gets some kind of "look-at-me... LOOK-AT-MEEE" - feel to it.
It can be difficult to read the dial on some PAM's as well - the ones with the "old-school" dome: HUGE!!
I like both but think some watch would look and function better with a flat crystal
