It does look like an overgrown shed from outside, and a bit tacky on the inside (like most other modern shopping centres)
Well i had to surrender and be taken there today. It is by "mall" standards very nice etc. But for the love of god what on earth do all those fake tan, mid life crisis bleached hair couples think it cool to sit at a champagne bar and keep looking to see if the other shoppers are impressed ? :? :? :? :? Its a shopping centre in Shepherds Bush for FS !!!
And the other high end shops , do they really think they are part of a "great shopping " experience? Its nothing like walking down "New Bond Street " etc
And parking !!!! thousands of spaces and yet you only have a few single pay points
Hope to god i never have to visit again. far too much cheap perfume and fat on show. :P :P

Possibly the most poorly laid out and signposted shopping centre in the country. Full of overpriced faux-quality crap - all labels and no substance, which pretty much describes the average 'fake tan, mid life crisis bleached hair couples' that roam there.
Horrible place.
There's one being build next to the Olympics at Stratford, i pass everyday on the way to work....

Its next to Holland Park though
Only been a few times and thankfully it was quiet. It didn't seem that bad really, but I would hate to be there when it's mobbed!
Ignore all the crap and go look at the watches! 8)
It's a bit nasty in there, although it is better than Oxford St and the Tag shop is fun to browse in :).
Being built by the same t******rs too!Originally Posted by Paneraiseeker

That does look like a shocking bit of mismanagement on the part of the local authority.
As for the Shepherd's Bush Westfild, it's marginally better than shopping in the West End, but my tolerance for shopping extends to about 15 minutes at most, so I'm probably not the best person to ask - my usual technique is go to a shop, find something that fits, buy 5 - 10 of them and then go for a pint.
Yep the local councillors should be swinging from the lampposts for what they have done to bradfords once proud city centre.....
I don't find westfields too bad - free parking for a motorbike :D .
So what if people like sitting at tacky champagne bars with fake tans. It makes them happy and does no one any harm, hell it even makes you feel superior so it can't be all bad. :D
