I just used to tell my studes to buy the official DSA Motorcycle book and once they were happy with that to do the online mock tests the DSA provide here: http://www.theory-tests.co.uk/tests.asp
Fool proof if you put the work in.
i will be doing my bike theory at the beginning of the new year, just had a look online and there are loads of sites offering mock tests,
which is better, to buy hard copy/dvd or to learn all from an online site?
input appreciated
cheers
mike

Sound advice there!!!
I only read the official book for my test and scored %100. It's not rocket science so its hardly a claim to fame . I just thought I would mention it to show that the book alone is enough.
It did amaze me that there were a few people that looked like they were really struggling
Matt
EDIT
Does anybody know if they usually give a percentage? I did wonder at the time because the bloke gave me a printout of the result that said "congratulations" on it. That comment didn't strike me as being very official. It also struck me that he was actually pleased/relieved that someone did well.
Very easy and mostly common sense. There are a few free online tests that you can do. Good luck!
My other half did it this way and passed no probs.Originally Posted by studs
