Great pick-up mate 8) 8) 8) The B-1 has been discontinued but yours is a beautiful example! Congrats. :P These models have gained favour over the more recent incarnations of this Brietling calibre - the Cal 78 SuperQuartz.

But this one looks an interesting alternative (using the breitling.com on-line configurator):

Those gained a lot of favour in the RAF Helicopter world when I was still serving, gorgeous watches and as I recall NVG compatible illumination.
Congratulations on your purchase. I had my interest in the B1's aroused by a thread that ran over the Xmas break.
Had no idea you could still pick them up new?
Stunning looking watch and I've yet to hear a bad word about them from current owners...plenty of previous owners seem to express regret at selling 'em mind!! :lol:

Awesome watch - I'm sure you'll enjoy wearing it. I got mine in July last year, new from an AD - glad to hear that there are still a few new kicking around..
For work I put it on the Breitling rubber, super comfy and looks great.
