Saw a couple on ofrei.com but they can't ship leather products outside the US...

I've noticed that their leather Omega straps have increased significantly in price over the last year :(.

i know, was round at siverhawks ordering a few bits, and they had gone up over 60% in a year :shock: in fact everything ordered had gone up a lot :cry:

Make that 228% Mike :shock:. Their Omega leather straps used to be £17.50 with buckles now they're £40 for exactly the same strap. Part of Omegas push to compete with the likes of Rolex I guess. Very bad news for us vintage fans though :(. I suppose we can consider ourselves lucky that the parts are still available though.

They're a trade supplier so you have to register if you want to order anything. This also explains the VAT charge (17.5%).

Another option is to order from Ofrei and have it shipped within the US to TZ member who would then ship onto to you.

Needs a friendly US TZ member and I am sure there are many but it is another option.

The price of the $ at the moment doesn't make Ofrei the cheapest option,
especially after you add TWO postal charges and $22 for the buckle that is not included.. :wink:
